The tool can search inside all repositories that the user has access to. Including OneDrive, Teams Sites and SharePoint Sites and user Emails.
The user can have access at the same time to all metadata fields of the content found and at the same time can edit or update the document itself or its metadata.

PSHAREEMAIL

is a comprehensive Outlook application designed to enhance users’ ability to save their emails in any of the 365 possible locations, including OneDrive, Teams, or SharePoint document libraries.

Additionally, PShareEmail allows users to quickly view all emails sent by a selected user or locate documents within folders across 365.

Find the correct location to save
Every time the user wants to save an email in a specific document library (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint) the app reads first all the existing metadata from the specific folder and the user can change accordingly.

The email and the selected attachments will be saved as a pdf document with its metadata into the appropriate location. For Example, if a user selects a specific path from a document library, a new folder will be created with the name of the subject of the selected email with the datetime the mail was sent. The folder includes a pdf document named as originalMail.pdf with the content of the selected and all the attachments of the mail.

But the PShareEmail app does not do only that. You can also send the selected email and its attachments to the tags of a specific team channel or select specific users of a team to send into a new chat the mail with its attachments.

Also, the user any time can use the PShareEmail App to navigate into his 365 locations in OneDrive, Teams Channels Document Libraries and SharePoint Document libraries to find the documents contained in there. After the user finds the document, he wants can easily created a shareable link to send into a new mail.
